1. In :menjelesakan waktu (bulan/musim/ket waktu setiap hari/tahun/abad ) dan tempat ( menerangakan tempat di dalam )

Month:

“ I was born in November”

“ he left for school in September”

Musim :

“ he enjoys skiing in winter

“ I like eating in summer”

Ket waktu setiap hari :

“ I eat breakfast in the morning”

I come home in the afternoon”

Menerangkan tempat ( di dalam kota /negara/bangunan/ruang/transportasi sempit )

note : in dipakai apabila benda di dalam sebuah ruangan : in bag. in building. in the box

He lives in new York now ( kota )

The campus is located in Singapore now ( negara )

"There are many books in the library." ( bangunan )

Ani called his mom by phone in the car ( berbicara tentang tranportasi umum di dalamnya)

2 On : menjelaskan waktu ( spesifik day/tanggal tertentu ) dan tempat ( diatas )

Dalam hal waktu, memberikan hari yang spesifik /tanggal tertentu/hari khusus atau liburan

“ I usually walk to work on Mondays” ( hari )

“my birthday on 29^th of july “ ( tanggal tertentu )

“ im holiday on chirstmas Day“ ( hari khusus atau liburan )

“ there are many fireworks on New Years day” ( hari khusus atau liburan )

Tempat ( dia atas/jalan / trasnportasi banyak orang)

position : harus dipermukaan, untuk on youtoube, on tik tok bisa pakai on

Namun “on” tidak sama dengan “above” perbedaanya on menjelaskan suatu benda berada di disuatu bagian di suatu bagian dalam sebuah permukaan. Sementara “ above” menjelaskan seseuatu yang terletak diatas tempat yang lebih tinggi.

3. At : menjelaskan waktu ( spesifik/jam yang pasti/momen khusus ) dan tempat ( spesifik/pasti /tempat kegiatan /alamat)

Spesifik jam

“ I have a meeting at 7 am” ( jam )

“ let’s meet at 3 pm “

Momen khusus : at midnight/at sunset/at noon

At midnight everyone celebrated ( waktu spesific )

“ lets meet mother at the hotel” ( specfik place )

“He is waiting at the bus stop.” ( spesicik place )
