Recently, many young Indonesians are disappointed with what is happening in this country. This is because the salaries for workers in Indonesia are very small. Compares to than salaries of worker abroad. Just imagine, the average salary of workers in Indonesia in now 3 million is small, lets count, where to rent a place to live now for around 1.2 million per month. And for living expenses such as food and drink around 1.5 million. Not to mention other cost such the cost of buying healty, clothing, motorbike, petrol, ceremony and other cost. Seeing this situation, its very natural that young Indonesians want to work abroad. We must to blame our young people who want to work abroad. Because salaries abroad are much higher than salaries in Indonesia.

But need to know, working abroad is not an easy thing, there are many thing we have to prepare, the most important is your English and Skill. We must be able to describe ourselves and what kind of work we want to do abroad.  Have a specific goals when you work abroad. And living abroad is no easy. Where you will be far from your family and live alone in a foreign country. You have to able to face that feeling of loneliness by always rembering what your goal are and what your targets are that you want to complete.

In addition to large salaries abroad, the cost of living abroad is also very high.  You really have to able to manage your finances well. If you can’t manage your finances well, you will be the same as working in Indonesia, you will not able to have any savings or have any assets. This is one thing you must master when you live abroad. Namely managing your finances well.

And the second is association, socializing abroad is very free and sometime has no limits. And if you get too involved in free association, this could lead you astray. How important it is to choose friendships. Don’t let yourselves get involved in free association. First thing first you have to always remember what your goal and what do you want to build when you work in foreign country.

mentality also very needed when we work abroad, no matter how tired and depressed you are, remember give up is not your choice, because when you back in Indonesia,Indonesia does not promise anything, especially in the world of work.  Always remember that many people wish you success, always remember our responsibility as a child is to make our parents proud, never let them down.

 

And the last thing I want tell is always remember god, where ever you are, let god guide you. how small your position is now, keep improve you self, and set the higher goal for yourself. Don’t le it be that from year to year you are abroad your position remains the same. You are far from you family, you are far from your beloved coutry,  you guys have to work harder than people who are there. Prove that you can do it.
