Grow Mindset

I used to say " I'm just not good at this"  That thought stopped me from trying. But then i learned about growth mindset, the idea that we can improve with efforts. I gave it  a try, when i failed i didnt give up. I said i'll learn and try again. Overtime i grow stronger and better and now i tell you build a growth mindset. Don't say i can't say " I can learn" Every mistake is a lesson ability to grow. With time and effort. You can do more than you think
